Product Manager Framework: Lean Product Playbook
The Lean Product Playbook, authored by Dan Olsen, is an approach to building and testing products combining many of the themes of Lean Startup and Lean UX. The playbook is characterized by creating fast feedback loops to help identify and test features with real customers. There are six key steps to running this playbook:
